Импортирую базу данных, загрузка зависает в PhPmyAdmin и выдает такое:

Ждал 30 мин, а 800 Кв так и не импортировались. База данных в формате sql, все как всегда. Уже неоднократно импортировал. Но такое впервые.

а у меня нет в панели вкладки "Дамп базы данных". Почему?

Импортировал через ssh. Установил www домен, почтовый домен, сам сайт залил в папку /home/h44102/data/www/navigator37.ru, установил ротацию логов, перезапустил сервер и апач.
А мне вот такое пишут

Возможно, этот сайт никогда не существовал, был удалён за неуплату или Вы ошиблись при наборе адреса.

Что я пропустил или сделал не так?

переписал файл .htaccess в формате ANSI. Все работает. Но как только кодирую этот файл в UTF, проблема возникает снова. Почему так?

потому что он не должен быть в UTF, очевидно =))
